Your Thoughts Create Your Life

“I am now consciously controlling my thoughts to enable positive change in my life.”
You often heard me saying
: “Your Thoughts Create Your Life” or “What You Think Is What You Get”. Have you ever really reflected on those words? Have you ever really understood what that means?

You might have thought about these sayings for a moment but probably have not yet made them an important cornerstone in your life.

In my practice with people around the world, I have studied people’s behavior and mindsets in great detail. When I was allowed to look deep enough into a persons psyche I always found evidence that the source for every negative attitude, depression, and life was seated in the person’s own mind.

I found that their negative belief system and thought process reflected, to a shocking degree, the equally negative manifestations and life conditions they were experiencing. I also found that once that belief system changed –  the life conditions changed as well.

The Power Of Thought Can Heal Any
Physical, Emotional, Financial, And Spiritual Dis-Ease

Therefore it is my intention to put your focus and heightened awareness onto your own thought process, your mindset, your belief-system, and your overall thinking quality. Always know that what you think and really believe in and what you put energy into – is truly what you attract and what you get.

Energy Follows Consciousness

And that is true for both positive and negative. First you think it, you visualize it, you expect it, and then you will become it and it will manifest accordingly. Therefore the energy – the thought energy that You create – WILL attract, manifest, and create itself. Again, energy does follow your consciousness. What you think is what you get!

What You Give Energy To Will Become Bigger

I am waking you up in this very moment to re-think what just was said. YOU can change your life for the better in every aspect – anywhere and everywhere!
The expectation of your consciousness – what you expect from life, how you value yourself, your own self-worth, will attract, create, and manifest!

What You Think, Good Or Bad,
Will Attract Accordingly And Manifest Itself

Take a deep look into your own mind and look at your thought-quality. Every time you beat yourself up with negative thoughts – you close doors that could have made a difference. And this applies to everything and anything. Your health and fitness, weight issues, addictions, dis-eases, relationship issues, finance, career, etc.

Understand that every time you have negative thoughts you send out an energy and a vibration that supports that exact negative thought of yours. And that energy is released into the physical universe in order to attract and seek manifestation. You then basically create “what you don’t want” – without even knowing it.

Every time you have thoughts on “I am not smart enough...” or “I am too big…” or “I can’t have…” you create an energy that will support exactly these negative statements about yourself. The sad truth is that you can’t attract positive with the negative energy of these negative mental programs.

Having brought this to your attention I now want to tell you the good news:

Positive Thoughts Attract And Manifest Its Contents
Much As Negative Thoughts Do

And that’s where I want to focus your attention, motivate you, and make you more conscious! YOU CAN turn this around now. The expectation of your consciousness (positive and negative), what you expect from life, how you value yourself, your self-worth etc. WILL attract, create, and manifest!

Every time you have positive thoughts you send out that positive energy and that vibration which supports that exact positive thought of yours. And that energy is released into the physical universe in order to attract and seek manifestation. You basically create “what you want” – consciously and knowingly – by focusing your attention.

Every time you have thoughts on “I am not smart enough...” or “I am too big…” or “I can’t have…” just say out loud to yourself “CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL” and void those thoughts. Then immediately turn these thoughts around and create positive statements! “I AM smart enough, I CAN DO…” or “I CAN HAVE…”

This positive “self-talk” will work wonders, transform your mindset, and create improvement beyond your wildest imagination!

Turn your fears and worries around. Trust and become stronger and more positive. Remember – what you expect is what you get! Re-train you mindset, little by little. Take control over your thought-quality and you take control over your life. Shift into a positive way of thinking because you know now that your thoughts will attract accordingly! Work with written affirmations in order to re-train your mind and bring positive, conscious focus onto those areas in your life that don’t work.

The only “catch” with this concept is that to truly manifest something new, you must truly and deeply believe something right down to your subconscious levels. The more you truly and deeply believe something, then to precisely that degree you will attract and manifest it. The deeper you believe something in your subconscious and conscious mind, the more you will create and manifest that belief.

If you want to be “happy”, simply saying, “I am happy” is a good start – but it is not enough. But, by repeating it frequently for a longer period of time, you may actually start to truly believe it, little by little. When you deeply believe it finally, you will focus on and therefore attract mostly “happy” things. Really!

Your Thoughts Create Your Life

Learning to deeply believe something takes time and strong effort. The more aware you are – the faster your progress.
